1. Dates--Thursday, February 14th - Sunday, February 17th
2. What should they pack?
Plan to dress in layers.
Bring clothes for cold weather.

e. water resistant boots or shoes
f. long underwear
g. hat or cap

i. rain poncho
j. umbrella
k. Swim suit--They will need to wear something over the
swimsuit going to and from the pool.
l. Shoes or sandals to wear in the hotel.
**Dress Code? We want our group to look nice. They are representing Mance Park.
3. Luggage -- one suitcase (can not exceed 62 linear inches: length + width + height)

4. Bring film or disposable cameras. Supplies are very expensive in D.C.
5. Bring necessary medication.
6. Spending money -- (about $75 for souvenirs)
7. Bus transportation to and from Houston airport provided by Coach USA.
8. Will receive Airline and Hotel information about a month before departure.
9. Talk to your child about their behavior contract.
10. Make sure you have turned in your medical release forms.
11. A final meeting will be about 2-3 weeks prior to departure. We will go over
the final itinerary at that meeting.
